About Our Products
Artfully Decor creates custom photo-to-art wall art based on the photo you upload and the product style you choose. Each order is made to order and personalized using your selected photo, size, orientation, frame option, and artwork style.
Our products are not standard ready-made prints. They are custom pieces created from customer-submitted photos.

After you place your order, our creative team will prepare a digital artwork proof for your review before production begins.
Yes. For custom artwork orders, we send a digital artwork proof by email before production begins.
Please review the proof carefully. You may request allowed adjustments before final approval. Once the final proof is approved, your order moves into production and changes may no longer be possible.
Yes. You may request up to 2 allowed revisions before final approval.
Allowed revisions usually include reasonable adjustments such as cropping, tone, brightness, layout, or minor style refinements.
Major changes, such as replacing the original photo, changing the product size, changing the product style, or requesting a substantially different design, may require additional time or an additional fee.
Production begins after the final artwork proof is approved. Delays in reviewing or approving the proof may delay production and delivery.

If design work has not started, we may be able to help change the photo. If the artwork has already been created or the order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible or may require an additional artwork fee.

After your final artwork proof is approved, production and handling usually take 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after the package is handed to the carrier.

We do not sell your uploaded photos. Your photos and order information are handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be retained as needed for order fulfillment, customer service, legal, security, or business record purposes.
Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Because our creative team may begin preparing your custom artwork shortly after the order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. If artwork creation or production has already started, we may not be able to cancel the order, or an artwork fee may be deducted from the refund.
No. Since each item is made specifically from your uploaded photo and selected product options, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong photo selection, wrong size selection, or personal preference after artwork approval.
