At Artfully Decor, each product is custom-made using the photo, style, size, and personalization details selected by the customer. Because every order is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong photo selection, wrong size selection, or personal preference after production has started.

Our products are made to order and are not standard ready-made items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
Selecting the wrong size, frame, style, or product option;
Uploading the wrong photo;
Low-quality results caused by low-resolution, blurry, dark, cropped, or unsuitable photos provided by the customer;
Minor color differences between screen previews and printed products;
Normal variations caused by printing, materials, framing, cropping, or screen display differences;
Artwork that was produced after the customer approved the proof;
Sale items or gift cards, except where required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item arrived damaged in transit;
You received the wrong product;
The size or product option is incorrect;
The print is materially incorrect due to a production error;
The item is defective or unusable due to a manufacturing issue.

A clear description of the issue;
Clear photos of the product;
Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping.
Photos are required so we can review the issue and, when applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier or production partner.
Once we receive your claim, we will review the information and contact you by email with the next steps.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
Replacement;
Reprint;
Refund;
Partial refund;
Another appropriate solution.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping when a return is required.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving instructions will not be accepted.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.
For many custom products, we may provide a digital artwork proof before printing. Please review your proof carefully.
You are responsible for checking:
The photo and subject;
Spelling of any custom text;
Layout and composition;
Style and color tone;
Size, orientation, and product options.
We offer revisions to the original artwork before final approval. Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the artwork, such as layout, color tone, cropping, or minor design refinements.
Major changes may include:
Replacing the original photo with a new photo;
Changing the product size;
Changing the product style;
Requesting a substantially different design.
If you need to make a major change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If major changes are requested after work has already started, or if multiple major changes are requested, an additional artwork fee may apply.
Once you approve the final artwork proof, your order may move into production. After approval, changes may no longer be possible.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Because our artists may begin working on your custom artwork shortly after the order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. If your artwork has already been created, or if your order has entered production, printing, packing, or shipping, we may not be able to cancel the order.
If cancellation is approved after artwork creation has started, a small artwork fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the design work already completed.
The quality of the final artwork depends greatly on the photo you provide. For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting and a visible subject.
Blurry, dark, low-resolution, heavily cropped, or obstructed photos may result in lower-quality artwork. If you choose to proceed with a low-quality photo, we will do our best to create the artwork, but we cannot guarantee the same level of detail shown in product examples.
Examples on our website are generally created from clear, high-quality photos. Results may vary depending on the photo you upload.
If we believe your photo is unsuitable for production, we may contact you to request a replacement photo. This may delay the order process.
You may add notes to your order if there is something specific you would like us to consider.
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee that all special requests can be completed. For example, we may not be able to significantly change facial expressions, open or close mouths, create missing body parts, or make unrealistic edits.
Minor photo enhancements may be possible depending on the image, such as red-eye correction, light color adjustments, or small refinements.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
