At Artfully Decor, every artwork is made to order. Each piece is created from the photo you upload, reviewed as a digital artwork proof, and then printed or produced after approval. Framing is completed where applicable based on the product option you selected.

Please read the shipping information below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping availability, delivery time, and carrier service may vary depending on the destination and the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped to the United States and Canada.

If any additional shipping option is available at checkout, the applicable shipping cost and delivery option will be shown before you complete your order.

Order Processing

Because every product is personalized, production does not begin immediately after checkout.

After you place your order and upload your photo, our team will create a digital artwork proof for your review. Printing, production, and framing where applicable will begin only after your final artwork proof has been approved.

Please check your email after placing your order. If we need clarification, a better photo, or approval of your artwork proof, we will contact you by email.

Digital Proof Before Printing

Every order includes a digital artwork proof before printing or production.

You may review the proof and request allowed revisions before production begins. Once the final artwork proof is approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Delays in responding to proof approval emails or revision requests may delay the production and delivery of your order.

Production and Handling Time

After your artwork proof is approved, production, framing where applicable, and handling typically take 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after your package is produced and handed to the carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

After artwork approval, the estimated total delivery time is usually 9–15 business days, including production, handling, and transit time.

Please note that total delivery time may vary depending on how quickly the artwork proof is approved, order volume, holidays, carrier delays, destination, customs processing where applicable, or incorrect shipping information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once production, fulfillment, or shipping has started.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to update the delivery status.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@artfullydecor.com with your order number so we can help review the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@artfullydecor.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged product;
The outer packaging;
Any damaged inner packaging or protective materials;
The shipping label, if visible.

These photos help us review the issue and file a claim with the carrier when necessary.

Wrong, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, an incorrect size, a printing issue, or a defective product, please contact us at support@artfullydecor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.

For eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items, we will help arrange an appropriate solution according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom Products

All Artfully Decor products are personalized and made to order. Because each artwork is created specifically for your uploaded photo and selected options, we do not accept standard returns for general reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong photo selection, wrong size selection, or personal preference after artwork approval.
