Artfully Decor offers personalized and made-to-order wall art products. Our products may include custom photo-to-art prints, framed canvas artwork, portrait artwork, pet artwork, family artwork, memorial artwork, travel artwork, and other personalized decorative art products.
Each custom product is created based on the photo, style, size, frame option, personalization details, and design preferences selected by the customer.
Because our products are personalized and made to order, they are not standard ready-made products. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
By using our website, you agree that you will:
Use the website only for lawful purposes;
Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
Not misuse, copy, interfere with, or attempt to damage the website;
Not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, or infringing content;

To create personalized artwork, you may upload or provide photos, images, text, names, design instructions, or other materials. These are referred to as “Customer Content.”
By submitting Customer Content to Artfully Decor, you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it;
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right;
Any people shown in the submitted photo have given permission where required;
The content is not illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
You retain ownership of your submitted photos and materials. However, you grant Artfully Decor a limited license to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, and process your Customer Content only as needed to create, preview, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
We will not use your submitted photos for advertising, social media, public display, or promotional purposes unless you give us permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the submitted content is inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, too low in quality, or unsuitable for production.
The quality of the final artwork depends partly on the quality of the photo you provide. For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos where the main subject is visible and not heavily blurred, cropped, dark, pixelated, or obstructed.
You are responsible for checking your uploaded photo, selected product, size, frame option, quantity, personalization details, shipping address, and contact email before placing your order.
If your photo is too low in quality, we may contact you to request a replacement photo. This may delay the order process.
For many custom products, we may provide a digital artwork proof or preview before printing. This allows you to review the design before production.
When a proof is provided, you are responsible for checking the artwork carefully, including the photo, layout, style, color tone, spelling, size, orientation, and any personalization details.
Once you approve the artwork proof, your order may move into production. After approval, changes may no longer be possible because the product is made specifically for you.
If you request changes before approval, we will make reasonable efforts to revise the artwork according to your instructions. We may decline excessive revision requests, requests outside the purchased product style, or requests that require creating a completely different design.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Inaccurate or incomplete customer information;
Unavailable product, material, or production capacity;
Pricing or product listing errors;
Inappropriate or prohibited Customer Content;
Shipping limitations;
Violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules.
Product prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges required by local authorities. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any such charges.
Our personalized products are made to order. Production generally begins after your order is placed and, where applicable, after your artwork proof is approved.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our website, product pages, checkout page, Shipping Policy, or customer service communications. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, carrier delays, production issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Because each product is custom-made, slight differences may occur between the digital preview and the final printed product. These may include minor differences in color, brightness, contrast, cropping, texture, or print appearance due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and product size.
Minor differences of this kind are not considered defects.
We currently focus on shipping to customers in the United States and Canada.
Shipping times, costs, available countries, and delivery details are explained in our Shipping Policy and may also be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Because our products are personalized and made to order, cancellations and changes are time-sensitive.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@artfullydecor.com.
We may be able to help only if the order has not yet entered artwork creation, proof approval, production, printing, packing, or shipping.
Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
Because our products are custom, personalized, and made to order, we do not accept standard returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong photo, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference after artwork approval.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your approved order, please contact us so we can review the issue.
We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping.
Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, reprint, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, sizes, materials, styles, and artwork examples accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your device screen will display colors or textures exactly as they appear on the final physical product.
Product images, lifestyle photos, mockups, and sample artwork are for illustrative purposes. The final product will depend on your submitted photo, selected style, selected size, product options, and approved artwork proof.
We may update product descriptions, images, prices, options, and availability at any time.
All content on our website, including text, product images, graphics, logos, artwork samples, icons, page design, branding, videos, and other materials, belongs to Artfully Decor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
