Each Artfully Decor product is custom-made from the photo you upload and the options you select. After you place your order, our team will create a digital artwork proof for your review. Printing, production, and framing where applicable will begin only after your final artwork proof has been approved.
After artwork approval, production and handling typically take 2–5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after the package is handed to the carrier.
The estimated total delivery time after artwork approval is usually 9–15 business days, including production, handling, and transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to proof approval delays, order volume, holidays, carrier delays, destination, customs processing where applicable, or incorrect shipping information.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Because each Artfully Decor product is custom, personalized, and made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong photo selection, wrong size selection, or personal preference after artwork approval.
Your artwork is created specifically from your uploaded photo and selected product options, so please review your order details and artwork proof carefully before approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. If the package was damaged during shipping, please also include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label if visible.
For eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items, we will help arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, partial refund, or another suitable resolution according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
